The Republic of Belarus is situated in the Middle Eastern Europe. Within its territory are laid one of the main tracks of Eurasia and the shortest transportation network connecting the CIS countries with the states of West Europe, between the Baltic and Black Seas. Belarus shares common frontier with Poland, the Baltic States, Russia and Ukraine. The territory of Belarus is 207, 000 sq. km., population - about 10 millions and 70% of them live in cities.
