Head of Region / Department for our client (Bank in Belarus)

Responsibilities:

• General management of the Department (lending for small and middle-sized businesses (SMB), cash servicing): responsibilities allocation, their fulfillment control, cooperation of the Department with Head Office, cooperation of the Bank with the state authorities;
• Direct management of lending experts team (lending for SMB): recruiting, interns training, analysis of qualitative fulfillment of lending procedures etc);
• Controlling the Bank’s function of the agent of foreign exchange control;
• Developing and controlling of all kinds of reporting for operations which are carried on by the Department;
• Participation in developing local regulatory documents for the Department and in particular for lending for SMB (developing and implementation of new products, searching for effective methods of debt administration etc)
• Consulting for clients, active clients’ acquisition.

Essential requirements:

• High education in Economics or Finance;
• Experience in implementation of lending for SMB technologies (active sales, financial and economic analysis of borrowers, risks estimation for operations, administration of troubled debt);
• Experience in developing and implementing both active and passive bank products;  
  

Additional requirements:

• Experience in creating «Points of sale» from «0»;
• Working experience in lending for small and middle-sized businesses with international organisations (EBRD, KfW);
• Fluent English.
